Before your massage, you will complete a full consultation form.

Our massage therapist Alicja will then review this prior to your appointment, if there are any contraindications we will know this in advance and can act on it accordingly, getting GP consent for example.

Next, Alicja will have an informal chat with you to find out about your lifestyle and what issues you may be experiencing.

For example, do you go to the gym a lot and experience muscle stiffness and tension? Or perhaps you sit at your computer all day and have back or neck pain, or you want to unwind from the stressors of everyday life.

Alicja provides a customised holistic massage. She will explain what she’s doing at every stage of your massage, letting you know what to expect.

You’ll always be appropriately draped throughout the massage, with only the areas she’s working on exposed.

How often should I come in?

Do I have to undress completely?

No, you can disrobe to your level of comfort. Alicja takes practice members’ privacy seriously and will always ensure you feel comfortable. She will leave the room to give you time to undress and lie down under the draping.

Do you offer discounts for purchasing multiple sessions?

Is there anything I should do after the massage?

We will encourage you to have a glass of water before you leave. Make sure you stay hydrated and avoid any alcohol when you go home. Please be careful driving afterwards, because your reactions might be a little slower, as the massage can be very relaxing.
