You’ll sit down with a member of our team for a friendly conversation about what’s been bothering you, how long you’ve been experiencing symptoms, and what you’d like to get back to doing. We’ll also carry out a brief check of how you move, looking at areas of stiffness or restricted movement where relevant.
Based on this initial check, we’ll discuss whether chiropractic care, physiotherapy, or massage may be worth considering. If your concerns appear to require a different type of healthcare professional, we’ll let you know.

This appointment may be particularly helpful if you’ve never visited a chiropractor or physiotherapist before, or you’re simply unsure which approach might suit your needs.
